Clapton CFC Product Design

I designed and produced a series of custom 3D-printed products for Clapton Community FC (CFC), taking digital designs into physical merchandise for the club and its supporters. My work covered product design, 3D modelling, rapid prototyping and small-batch production on 3D printers. The series began as a proposal to the club.

Every piece is built on the crest: the club name in black capitals around a white ring, a red-and-white hooped centre, two red arcs, and a black ridged rim like the edge of a coin. The series shown here is a light-up crest, fridge magnets in two sizes and a keyring. The lettering, hoops and arcs are printed in black and red and stand slightly proud of the white face.

The light is a deeper disc lit from inside, so the white face glows, and it runs from a cable. One image is a render of it on a plain white block; the rest are photographs of the printed pieces in use, on a shelf, on a fridge door and on a set of keys. I printed one light, 30 magnets and 30 keyrings on a Bambu Lab P1S.
