I’m versatile Artist with strong 3D, 2D texturing skills, and wide technical background.

Experience

My strongest side are digital art skills like lightning, modeling and texturing which is visible in my portfolio. Most of my assets in portfolio are shown from inside real-time engine. In my work, I use a variety of programs like Modo, 3Ds Max, Substance Painter/Designer, Unity, Photoshop, Zbrush.

I have over 5 years of experience in game development doing small and medium sized games.
I have good technical knowledge of the whole game development process based on my experience and my private pursuit to learn new techniques to improve my workflow.

I have experience with premium and F2P design, analytics, gamification, monetization and user experience. I have my share of failures from which I have learned a lot in terms of game design.

I have few years of experience in C# programming. This includes programming gameplay, UI functionality, and various tools for Unity Engine. I also have experience working with custom engines. In addition, I have knowledge of C++ from porting various graphical effects to Unity (SSAO, Depth of Field etc.) and creating custom shaders for different projects.

Personality

I’m highly passionate and always looking for challenges. I’m motivated to constantly work on my skills. I’m always searching for new ways to improve my workflow and my abilities. I appreciate honest feedback of my work because that is the shortest way to develop.

I understand the reality of being a developer and entrepreneur because I had 2 startups in two different countries and learned a lot from my mistakes.

I can easily adapt to new teams. I know how to communicate and work both with artists and programmers because I understand their different mindset to game development.

I have good oral and written communication skills that are supported by multiple conferences where I was presenting and speaking in public in English and Polish.

Career Goal
I want to make best games that are ahead of their time. My wide spectrum of skills and determination supports me in the pursuit of my goal. Now I need a team that shares my ambition.
